Once we had all the footage for the video ready, we logged it and put it onto a hard drive ready to edit. The edit didn't take long as all we had to do was pick the best take for the footage in the studio, and overlay all of the home footage from Jay's childhood and cut it together with the footage we filmed in the park and add it to the footage that Reece filmed at home with his niece's showing his elderly life looking after his grandchildren. That footage was then placed over the blank bed sheets from the studio footage and feathered in to look more natural, like it were Jay's dreams as he slept. We added an echo effect to the studio footage as it made the scenes with Jay getting more and more distressed look more dreamlike.
